Natasha Lal - Principal

Natasha comes to Oak Grove Advisors with management, finance, start up, and an M&A background that eventually led her to the world of real estate investments. She provides hands-on oversight to day-to-day operations and brings her management skills to all aspects of real estate portfolio management. She is responsible for all activities pertaining to acquisitions and due diligence, property management, leasing, vendor management, collections, accounting & financial reporting, budgeting and CAM reconciliations, contract reviews, preventative maintenance, and finding cost saving opportunities to reduce operating expenses. Prior to working in real estate, Natasha spent 5+ years at a Big 4 consulting firm and a high-growth start up in New York. She is a graduate from Emory University and obtained her Master’s in Real Estate from Georgia State University.

Shivum Gupta - Principal

Shivum has 10 years of institutional corporate level real estate experience covering all aspects of the capital stack. He has managed over $4.0 billion of acquisition and disposition activities across the United States and managed an office portfolio of 1.6 million square feet in Atlanta, GA. Shivum has extensive knowledge of qualitative analysis, underwriting, deal due diligence, closing, and daily deal management functions and monitoring asset performance, producing operating and capital budgets, lease negotiations, executing strategic plans, and tenant relations. At Oak Grove, he provides oversight for all real estate transactions including asset underwriting, due diligence and financial analysis. He is also responsible for creating and executing asset strategies through hands on asset management to maximize returns. Shivum is a graduate from the University of Georgia where he obtained degrees in Real Estate and Finance.

Renu Lal - Managing Broker

Renu has over three decades of extensive experience in all aspects of real estate management, including acquisitions, dispositions, and operations for residential, office, and retail commercial properties. She has grown a real estate portfolio that started with a few multifamily homes in the early 90s to a mix of multifamily, single tenant NNN, and multi-tenant retail properties today. Renu holds several real estate designations, including: CCIM, CPM, and CFIS.
